Wrestling icon sings Gwiazdowski's praises

Niskayuna, NY - Legendary Oklahoma State head coach John Smith has high praise for Duanesburg's Nick Gwiazdowski, who recently won the 2014 NCAA Wrestling Championship at the heavyweight division.

"He's got a pretty neat style for a heavyweight", said Smith during a Tuesday clinic for the Journeymen Wrestling Club at Niskayuna High School.

Smith considers the sky as the limit for Gwiazdowski.

"I think he's got a chance to one day be the best wrestler in the world at that weight.  I really do", added Smith.  "That's not easy to say.  There's a lot of work that goes into it.  But he's got some fantastic tools".

Gwiazdowski has two remaining years of eligibility at North Carolina State.
