South Glens Falls man pleads guilty to selling heroin

SARATOGA COUNTY -- A South Glens Falls man is facing 6 1/2 years behind bars after pleading guilty to selling heroin.

Joshua Grey, 26, pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance, a charge that stemmed from an operation conducted by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Narcotics Enforcement Team last October. A video of the operation caught Grey on camera selling heroin in Moreau.

Grey was also convicted in 2011 on the same charge, receiving a 3 1/2 year prison sentence for that conviction. He will be sentenced on the new charge on October 9.
