Nor'easter to Bring a Heavy to Major Snowfall Tonight into Tuesday Night

A major Nor'easter is expected to develop south of New England tonight, potentially getting stuck near Cape Cod into Tuesday before moving away Tuesday night.  This storm will bring heavy snow and gusty winds at times, causing blowing and drifting snow. There's the potential for whiteout conditions at times, leading to dangerous travel late tonight through Tuesday.  Snow accumulations of 10" to 20" will be possible, especially in the Hudson valley and across western New England with amounts up to 10" in the Mohawk valley and western Catskills.

Car carrying chickens and ammo crashes on West Virginia Highway

ROANE COUNTY, WV - (Newsource) A car carrying chickens and ammo caused major traffic headaches on I-79 in West Virginia.

Police say the driver lost control while trying to get a dog out of the SUV.

More than 30 chickens were in the car at the time, with many ending up on the side of the road.

Bomb teams were dispatched with several items being taken for further lab testing.

The team later found that crude explosive devices were made from fireworks.
