Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Citizens gather for answers from Albany officials

ALBANY - Dozens filled the auditorium at New Scotland Elementary School on Tuesday night hoping to receive answers after the heavy rainstorm three weeks ago.

Officials say the hardest hit areas by flooding was the Ninth Ward, specifically Ryckman Avenue, Warren Street, and Hansen Avenue.

Officials said that this was the first of many meetings to discuss possible solutions.
