Police: man charged after being found on bathroom floor surrounded by drugs

QUEENSBURY - A 31 year old Queensbury man was arrested on drug and endangerment charges.

Queensbury Police say they were called by neighbors after they were alerted by a child that Baylen Burlingame was possibly deceased on the bathroom floor.

Burlingame was found unconscious on the bathroom floor with heroin and drug paraphernalia as well as exposed hypodermic needles nearby, according to police.

Officials say he was the only adult in the home at the time, and was supposed to be watching children in the residence.

Burlingame was treated at the Glens Falls Hospital and arrested upon release He was arraigned in the Town of Queensbury Court and sent to the Warren County Jail for lack of $20,000 bail.

He's charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
