Snow and Gusty Wind Today - Poor Travel Conditions Expected

A Nor'easter  is expected to impact the region today, but the impact around the Capital Region looks to be on the lighter side, as the storm takes a more Easterly track. Snow will become steadier from SE to NW this morning, with snowfall of varying intensity through this afternoon and evening.  A gusty NNW wind from 15-20 mph at times will cause blowing and drifting of the very dry snow creating poor visibility and hazardous travel conditions at times through late tonight. General Storm accumulations in the Capital Region of 2-6" are expected, with higher amounts across western New England.

Reaction after Stephen Smith comments

Friday morning on ESPN -- personalities Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless were discussing the controversial 2-game suspension of Baltimore running back Ray Rice.

Rice was suspended under the league's personal conduct policy after Rice got into a fight with his then-fiance, that left her unconscious.
Critics say the suspension is just a slap on the wrist.
During today's discussion, Stephen A Smith implied some women are to blame for domestic violence saying  they have to make sure they don't provoke violence in men.
