FONDA - A Tribes Hill man has pleaded guilty to rape involving a child under the age of thirteen

State Police in Fonda arrested 61 year-old David Andrews after an investigation revealed Andrews had made arrangements with an adult male using the internet and provided the man with a child less than thirteen years of age in order for the man to engage in various sexual acts with the child on two separate occasions.

The investigation also revealed that Andrews had sexual contact with a child less than 13 years of age multiple times over several months.

The Montgomery County District Attorney says that Andrews has pleaded guilty to rape and is scheduled to be sentenced at the end of September.  He is facing 19 years in prison with 10 years post-release supervision.
