Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Motorcycle accident in Kingsbury

KINGSBURY - A Kingsbury intersection was the location for an accident that sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries.

Washington County Sheriff's Office says a pickup truck heading east on Dix Ave made a left hand turn in front of a motorcycle heading west.

The motorcycle was operated by Thomas Cioffi, 52, of Fort Edward.  His passenger was 44-year-old Heidi Cioffi.  Both were ejected from the motorcycle during the accident.

Both were airlifted to Albany Medical Center with serious injuries.

The road was closed for about 2 hours while the scene was under investigation.
