DA: Two arraigned for 2013 homicide

ALBANY -- Authorities say two men were arraigned on Thursday for their alleged roles in a 2013 shooting in Albany.

Jahmeek Croley, 26, and Jovell White-Span, 22, were each charged with second degree murder and conspiracy in the second degree. Officials say the pair shot Edward Maxim on October 19, 2013 near Cortland Place.

Maxim was 26 when he was killed.

Both Croley and White-Span pleaded not guilty to the charges. Both are currently behind bars.
