Nor'easter to Bring a Heavy to Major Snowfall Monday Night into Tuesday Night

A major Nor'easter is expected to develop south of New England Monday night, potentially getting stuck near Cape Cod into Tuesday before moving away Tuesday night.  This storm will bring heavy snow and gusty wind at times causing blowing and drifting snow, potential whiteout conditions at times leading to dangerous travel late Monday night through Tuesday.  Snow accumulations of 10" to 20" will be possible, especially in the Hudson valley and across western New England with amounts up to 10" in the Mohawk valley and western Catskills.

Watervliet Police arrest school bomb threat suspect

WATERVLIET -- Police have arrested a teen that they said is responsible for bomb threats made at the Jr./Sr. High School.
17-year-old Jacob Lindsay, a student at Watervliet High School, was arrested and charged with three counts of Falsely Reporting an Incident, a Class E Felony.
Watervliet Police said that a similar incident happened at a high school in Farmington, Michigan and the suspect in custody for that case implicated Lindsay as a "co-conspirator" in both bomb threats.  The suspect also said Lindsay was responsible for a "swatting" incident at a Watervliet home on April 11.
Watervliet Police said that Lindsay was questioned and confessed to involvement in all three local incidents, as well as the Michigan threat.  Police said that it appears Lindsay and the co-conspirator befriended each other online.
Police added that additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.
