Ulster County announces "Operation Spring Cleaning" drug arrests

ULSTER COUNTY - The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team announced the arrests of eight people as a part of their ongoing "Operation Spring Cleaning" initiative.

According to officials, 24 year-old Shalimar Cason and 31 year-old Raymond Pauli were charged with criminal possession of heroin and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

19 year-old Erik Kerr and Amanda Hunlock, 24, were charged with possession and sale of oxycodone.

68 year-old David Binder and 18 year-old Dillon Binder was charged with possession of sale of marihuana.

20 year old Rachel Lennox and Joshua Wolven, 24, were charged with felony conspiracy.


Members of the Narcotics Team said that all defendants were arraigned in their local courts.  They were assisted by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, Woodstock Town Police, and United States Homeland Security Investigations, among other agencies.
