Man arrested for trespassing at museum

ALBANY - State Police say they arrested a Ballston Lake man after he trespassed at the New York State Museum in the early morning hours.

Police say 24-year-old Thomas Grant was observed on camera by security officers forcing his way through the rear door of the museum.  After he left the building a short time later. police say troopers apprehended him on Madison Ave.

According to police Grant was charged with Third Degree Criminal Trespass and was arraigned at Albany Criminal Court.
