Queensbury landlord vandalizes house to get rid of tenants

QUEENSBURY - A landlord is taking matters into his own hand to let other know what he believes his tenants are up to in Queensbury.

Donnie Dean spray painted the words "Crack House", "Heroin", and "Meth" on the side of his property on Rhode Island Avenue.

Dean believes that the tenants, some of them are family, are selling drugs from the home. He wants then to move out.

The tenants however, complained to the Warren County Sheriff's Office. Police say because he owns the property, he will not be facing any charges.

There is an investigation into the drug claims.
