DPW Crews fill potholes in Scotia

SCOTIA -- After a brutal winter, roads around the region are full of potholes.

With Spring just two days away, crews were out in Scotia working to repair the gaping holes. The Highway Superintendent, Andrew Kohout, says this year's freeze and thaw have been especially bad for the roads.

Khout says the difficult winter conditions will mean a busy Spring for DPW employees.
