Occasional Snow To Continue Into the Evening, Slow and Slick Travel Persisting

Patchy areas of light snow wil persist through the evening with brief localized bursts of moderate snow possible through 8pm.  Additional snow accumulations will be spotty and light, generally 1" or less through the evening.  The cold air in place will continue to support slow and slippery travel conditions with less traveled roads, parking lots, and sidewalks remaining snow covered through the night.

Albany restaurant closed for alleged unpaid taxes

ALBANY - The owner of an Albany restaurant hopes to be back open after being forced to close due to allegedly having unpaid taxes.

Carmine Sprio, owner of Carmines says this has been a tough winter financially, but also has a dedicated staff that he wants to keep employed.

Sprio would not tell CBS6 how much he owes, but says he is working on straightening it all out and re-opening his restaurant.
