State Offices in Hudson Valley, Catskills, Westchester, New York City and Long Island areas

State offices, facilities, and operations will remain open on February 14, 2014. However, due to the ongoing effects of the Noreaster that hit New York, non-essential employees, in light of the expected weather conditions in the Hudson Valley, Catskills, Westchester, New York City and Long Island areas, may absent themselves from work with charge to appropriate leave credits and supervisory approval.  Essential employees should report to work as scheduled or as directed by management.
