David Cassidy will have to wait on DWI trial

RENSSELAER COUNTY -- Former teen heartthrob David Cassidy is still playing a waiting game following his DWI arrest in Schodack.

The former teen star's lawyer was in Rensselaer County Court on Friday representing Cassidy on charges that he was driving drunk in Schodack last August. The District Attorney's office, Cassidy's attorney, and the judge met, and decided to hold another conference in March.

The 63-year-old star of the Partridge Family just got hit with his 3rd DWI near LAX earlier this month and will be in court to face that charge next week. He also has a 2011 DUI conviction in Florida.
