Moderate to Heavy Snow @ Times to Continue Through the Evening

Narrow bands of moderate to heavy snow continue to evolve across the region in response to the storm developing to our south.  Expect periods of 1" to occasionally 2" per hour snowfall rates through 8-10pm with snowfall becoming lighter and more intermittent through the pre-dawn hours on Thursday. Poor to difficult travel conditions in low visibility and snow packed roads will persist well into the night.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

Australia arrests 65 men over Canadian child porn

CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- Australian police say 65 men have been arrested in Australia as part of a sweeping Canadian-led child pornography investigation led to the rescue of 386 children and arrests around the world.

Australian Federal Police commander Glen McEwen said Friday that the arrests had been made in raids across most Australian states as a result of the investigation into a child exploitation website operating out of Canada. Six Australian children had been removed by police from harm.

Canadian police say 348 people had been arrested around the world, including 108 in Canada and 76 in the United States.

Toronto police describe the Project Spade operation as one of the largest child porn busts they've seen.
