FLOOD WATCH Through Friday Morning - Strong Wind Gusts Likely Christmas Day

Additional runoff from melting snow and one final round of steady heavier rainfall, due to move across the region from west to east between 3am and 8am, could become sufficient to produce flooding of small streams and creeks as well minor flooding of some main stem rivers into Friday morning.  Urban and poor drainage flooding will also be possible between 3am and 8am as the final round of rain moves through.  Strong westerly wind gusts will develop in the wake of the rain on Christmas Day, with gusts from 40-50 mph possible during the afternoon.

New controversial video released of Toronto Mayor

TORONTO (AP) -- Toronto Mayor Rob Ford says he's embarrassed by a new video in which he threatens to "murder" someone and "poke his eyes out" in a rambling rage.

Ford says he was "extremely, extremely inebriated" in the video. It comes in the week in which Ford conceded that he has smoked crack cocaine. City councilors have moved ahead with efforts to force Ford out of office.
