Nor'easter to Bring a Heavy to Major Snowfall Monday Night into Tuesday Night

A major Nor'easter is expected to develop south of New England Monday night, potentially getting stuck near Cape Cod into Tuesday before moving away Tuesday night.  This storm will bring heavy snow and gusty wind at times causing blowing and drifting snow, potential whiteout conditions at times leading to dangerous travel late Monday night through Tuesday.  Snow accumulations of 10" to 20" will be possible, especially in the Hudson valley and across western New England with amounts up to 10" in the Mohawk valley and western Catskills.

Two arrested in credit scam

HALFMOON - A pair of alleged scam artists are off the street.

State police have arrested 32-year-old Ronice Sahadeo and 25-year-old Antoine Barksdale.

They are facing several charges including attempted grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property..

Investigators say they tried to obtain a personal loan for 25-thousand dollars from the Sunmark Credit Union in Halfmoon using a fake identity.

A further investigation determined that these same two had tried to pull off similar scams at credit unions across the capital region  with some success.

They're both locked up at the Saratoga County Jail  without bail.
