Low pressure will quickly develop and move south of the New England coast through Wednesday night as colder air arrives to produce a moderate to heavy snow storm for much of the region.  Snow will develop quickly Wednesday morning a fall heavily at times through the afternoon and evening before tapering off and ending before daybreak on Thursday.  Expect difficult travel conditions with snow packed roads and low visibility through the duration of this storm.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

Police: Librarian charged with rape fled country

QUEENSBURY - Prosecutors say a Warren County librarian charged with having sex with an underage boy has fled the country..

Investigators say 33-year-old Abby Berkheimer had sex with a 15-year-old boy she met while working at the facility

She was arrested on rape charges in February and was freed on $2,500 dollars bail.

Prosecutors say Berkheimer was scheduled to plead guilty to a felony charge last week but never showed up for court and learned she fled to France

The Courts says she has 30 days to report, or she will forfeit the $2,500 she used for bail.
