Cops: Drunk man broke into Saratoga City Hall, caused $4,800 in damage

SARATOGA SRINGS -- The Saratogian has obtained surveillance video that shows a 21-year-old man breaking into Saratoga City Hall back on March 16, 2013.
The Saratogian is reporting that Matthew Zecchini was drunk when he threw a concrete block through a glass door, let himself in and let off a fire extinguisher throughout the building.
After causing about $4,800 in damage to the building, Zecchini unknowingly walked into the Saratoga Police Station that is located downstairs in city hall.
