Moderate to Heavy Snow @ Times to Continue Through the Evening

Narrow bands of moderate to heavy snow continue to evolve across the region in response to the storm developing to our south.  Expect periods of 1" to occasionally 2" per hour snowfall rates through 8-10pm with snowfall becoming lighter and more intermittent through the pre-dawn hours on Thursday. Poor to difficult travel conditions in low visibility and snow packed roads will persist well into the night.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

CDTA annouces schedule change for road race

ALBANY - CDTA is announcing route and schedule changes for Friday to accommodate the 2013 Arsenal Run.

From 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Route #22 Albany-Troy via Watervliet will be rerouted in Watervliet.

SOUTHBOUND 22 Line: Regular detour to Watervliet, continue south on 2nd Ave to a right on 13th St and take a left on Rte 155. Follow Rte 155 over the bridge and take the first right then bear to the right onto Lincoln Ave, follow Lincoln Ave over the R/R tracks to 1st, & Broadway take a right and continue on regular route.

NORTHBOUND 22 Line: Regular route to 1st & Broadway, left on 1st over the R/R tracks to Lincoln Ave to Rte 155, take the first left turn and continue over the bridge into Watervliet to a right on 13th St, to a left on 2nd Ave (by Firehouse), continue north on 2nd Ave to Regular route into Troy.
