Police: Toxicology report clean in fatal Glenville crash
UPDATE -- Glenville Police reported on Tuesday that toxicology reports show that there were no drugs or alcohol in Luke Mitchell's system. Police initially believed that alcohol may have been a factor.
Police also said that security footage from the nearby Stewart's Shop showed that Mitchell drove through a red light at the intersection and pulled directly into the path of the vehicle that hit him.
