'Death ray' duo appear in Albany court

ALBANY -- The two men accused of building a 'death ray' machine to kill their enemies will appeared in court on Wednesday.
Glendon Crawford of Providence, located in Saratoga County, and Eric Feight of Hudson have both been held without bail since their arrest last month. In court today, their lawyer filed what's called an exclusion to push the trial back.
The Justice Department says the pair were plotting to build a remote controlled radiation machine so they could secretly bombard Muslims at local mosques with the device. Prosecutors say before the arrests, Crawford took undercover FBI agents to a mosque in Albany and the Islamic Center in Schenectady, both places were considered.
They even had their sights set on Governor Andrew Cuomo as a potential target. The governor made light of the threat saying to stay away from his otherwise you might be collateral damage.
Crawford and Feight are charged with conspiracy to support terrorism. Each face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
