Police: Man threatens neighbors with knife

WRGB Staff

CLIFTON PARK -- State Police say they've arrested a 22 year old man after he threatened his neighbors with a knife.

Investigators say Joseph Dominguez-Carle was in an argument with his mother when the neighbors tried to help the woman.

That's when they say Dominguez-Carle made the threat.

When troopers arrived, they found him in the woods near his house in Halfmoon. Dominguez-Carle allegedly resisted arrest, but was taken into custody.

Dominguez-Carle was charged with one count of Menacing in the Second Degree and one count of Resisting Arrest; both are misdemeanors.

He was arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
