POTENTIAL WINTER STORM WEDNESDAY INTO THANKGIVING

There remains considerable uncertainty in the track and intensity of an anticipated coastal storm from Wednesday afternoon through early Thanksgiving morning, but confidence is increasing for a storm to bring accumulating snow to much of the region which would cause travel difficulty.  Details on amounts and timing will become more clear over the next twelve to twenty four hours.  Keep up to date on the forecast.

Flags at half-staff for soldier killed in Afghanistan

ALBANY-- Flags are flying at half-staff today in honor of Specialist Javier Sanchez Jr., a Fort Drum soldier killed Sunday in Afghanistan.
The Greenfield, CA native died from wounds he sustained when his unit was attacked with an explosive devise while on patrol.
Governor Cuomo says we will remember Sanchez and are grateful for his service to our country.
