ALBANY - A former NBA player says that to the place he learned to play.

Luther “Ticky” Burden stopped by the Trinity Alliance School in Albany Friday afternoon.

He visited the school, donating some of his NBA mementos to the school where he learned to dribble and jump.

Burden later went on to have an impressive career, at one point helping to lead the U.S. to a bronze medal in the FIBA World championship, and held the record of the highest scoring average of 20 points per game over the 9 game series.
