ALBANY-- Innovation brings more expansion at UAlbany.
The college unveiled its new home for its RNA Institute this morning.
The new $9.4 million upgrade includes more room, 15,000 additional square feet.
That gives the 60 scientists, technicians and other workers more space to work on groundbreaking research on treatments for diseases like cancer, Alzheimer's and Aids.
The RNA Institute was established in 2010 and has grown to include several public and private partnerships.
