Teen admits to torching old East Greenbush farmhouse

EAST GREENBUSH -- One of four teens charged with setting fire to a centuries-old Dutch farmhouse in East Greenbush last September has pleaded guilty to arson.
17-year-old Thomas Snyder admitting to starting the blaze that destroyed the vacant Kospa Family Farmhouse on Start Avenue.
He will serve five years probation and pay $750 in restitution. Snyder was also given youthful offender status, which means his record will be sealed.
