ALBANY -- An internationally wanted cop killer is facing extradition charges in Albany this afternoon.
State Police say 35-year-old Timothy Noah Kaufman was wanted by authorities in the Philippines for a murder there twenty months ago.
Kaufman, an ex-marine, was picked up last month near his grandfathers house in Clifton park.
He's accused of killing a former Irish police officer and his girlfriend while they were sleeping.
Two other men were also implicated in the shooting deaths.
Kaufman faces an extradition hearing this afternoon.
