Weather Alert


Low pressure will quickly develop and move south of the New England coast through Wednesday night as colder air arrives to produce a moderate to heavy snow storm for much of the region.  Snow will develop quickly Wednesday morning a fall heavily at times through the afternoon and evening before tapering off and ending before daybreak on Thursday.  Expect difficult travel conditions with snow packed roads and low visibility through the duration of this storm.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

UDPATE: Troy toddler, 3, killed by falling TV

TROY -- Troy Police have identified the toddler who was killed when a television fell on top of her.
3-year-old Alyssa Willet was pronounced dead at Albany Med shortly after she arrived.
Troy Police say around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night, the girl was in a room by herself when an older model television fell from its stand, landing on top of her.
Other adults were home at the time, but were in different rooms.
No one has been charged in connection with the toddlers death at this time.
