UPDATE: Ex-boyfriend charged with murder, sex crimes in Rotterdam killings
The ex-boyfriend of a 22-year-old Rotterdam woman found strangled to death in her home, along with her mother, has been charged with their murders.
Brice Rivenburgh, 28 is facing a 26 count indictment whose charges include felony murder, arson, tampering, and sex crimes.
He was already charged with felony burglary and was being held without bail when he was arraigned on these addition charges.
According to the District Attorney's Office, Riverburgh attempted to set Jessica's bedroom on fire but was unsuccessful.
If convicted, he could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

ROTTERDAM -- The man accused of killing a Rotterdam mother and daughter in their home earlier this month has reportedly been told he's been indicted for their murders.
On Tuesday, the District Attorney's Office and police working the case say they'll have more information about the killings of Tammy and Jessica McCormack and suspect, 28-year-old Brice Rivenburgh.
Rivenburgh, Jessica's ex-boyfriend, is facing a charge of burglary at the family's Inner Circle home where the women were found dead.
He was also indicted by a Schenectady County grand jury, but the charges filed against him are unknown.
He's being held without bail.
