NYS Legislature returns

ALBANY -- The New York State Legislature is back at the Capitol for the first time since passing the State Budget.
Monday marks the first time that lawmakers are back since two of their own were arrested on bribery charges.
Senator Malcolm Smith was charged with trying to buy his way onto the New York City Mayoral ticket, while Assemblyman Eric Stevenson was charged with taking cash in exchange for passing legislation.
CBS6 Capitol Correspondent Pat Bailey is following the story and watching to see if either of the lawmakers appear in Albany.  We'll have the latest starting on CBS6 News at 5.
