Police surround home in Boston area; Suspect may be inside

UPDATE:
"We are now in the middle of a standoff...This is chaos."
CBS6 Reporter Pat Bailey is in Watertown, Massachusetts less than a block away from where Boston Police believe the second Boston Marathon bombing suspect is hiding inside a building.
Around 10:45 a.m. SWAT began reacting to something, running around the standoff location with guns drawn, ordering all media personnel onto the ground.
Bailey reports around 11 a.m. authorities surrounded a person on Arsenal Street. That person was arrested by Boston Police, but Bailey does not believe it's the bombing suspect, 19 year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

UPDATE: The car owned by one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects has been located. The Connecticut State Police issued a statement early Friday morning saying the suspect may have been driving his gray Honda CRV and was heading toward Connecticut.
