Nor'easter to Bring a Heavy to Major Snowfall Monday Night into Tuesday Night

A major Nor'easter is expected to develop south of New England Monday night, potentially getting stuck near Cape Cod into Tuesday before moving away Tuesday night.  This storm will bring heavy snow and gusty wind at times causing blowing and drifting snow, potential whiteout conditions at times leading to dangerous travel late Monday night through Tuesday.  Snow accumulations of 10" to 20" will be possible, especially in the Hudson valley and across western New England with amounts up to 10" in the Mohawk valley and western Catskills.

Warren County man arrested for insurance fraud

GLENS FALLS--The Warren County Sheriff's Office has announced the
arrest of a Glens Falls man, charged with insurance Fraud. 

Michael Daniels, 44, is accused of falsifying insurance application
information with regards to an automobile policy valued at $80,000.

Investigators say the insured vehicle was reported stolen in October
2011 with the intent of defrauding the insurance company for the full
policy amount. 

Police say the vehicle that was reported stolen has been recovered by the Sheriff's Office. 

Daniel's was arraigned and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of  $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond. 

Police say more arrests are pending.
