The devastating aftermath of a culvert that was not able to handle flash flood waters.  The result was the collapse of all four lanes of Interstate 88 at Exit 10 near Unadilla in Delaware county during the pre-dawn hours on Wednesday, June 28, 2006.  The destruction of the highway lead to the deaths of two truck drivers that drove into the chasm that used to be the highway, before the road was closed.
