Woman killed in Ulster County crash
Comments 0 | Recommend 0WALLKILL -- State police say an elderly woman was killed in a head-on crash in the Town of Wallkill in Ulster County.
Police say a sedan driven by the woman was traveling eastbound on Route 17M on Monday afternoon when for unknown reasons she crossed over the double yellow line and crashed head-on into another sedan driving in the opposite direction.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, a New Jersey man, was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
