Albany Man Killed In Shooting

Troy Police are searching for the person responsible for gunning down a man in the city Thursday evening.
Police tell us the shooting happened at the intersection of Bond and President Street.
We're told the victim is 25-year-old Dustin Smith of Albany.
According to a witness, the victim was shot twice in the chest after an argument ensued over a cell phone.
Smith was transported to Albany Medical Center where he later died of his injuries.
