Troy Victorian Stroll kicks off tonight
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Troy Victorian Stroll kicked off with a celebration Tuesday night in Troy.
A commemorative poster and collectible ornament were unveiled, and, as always, participants were dressed in Victorian-era garb.
Troy Mayor Harry Tutunjian, Rensselaer County Executive Kathy Jimino, Chamber President Linda Hillman, chamber staff and business representatives were expected to attend.
The stroll is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A spokesman for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce said in a statement that the stroll attracts 20,000 people to Downtown Troy each year.
