State Police have confirmed the death of James McKenna Jr., 39, of Livingston, following an accident in the town of Livingston, in Columbia County.

McKenna was riding a bicycle on Route 82 when he was struck by a Toyota pick up truck driven by John Reagle, 60, of Ancram.

Police are still on the scene investigating.
