Three arrested in Fulton County for throwing pumpkins into traffic
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Fulton County Sheriffs arrested three young adults for allegedly throwing pumpkins from a vehicle at oncoming traffic on Oct. 27.
Ryan Brown, 18, of Ft. Johnson, Joshua Ogden, 18 of Broadalbin and Brittany Cloutier, 20, also of Broadalbin, were charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree reckless endangerment, and third degree assault, according to a statement released by sheriffs on Monday night.
Several motorists reported that their cars were hit by pumpkins, and sheriffs said one person allegedly sought medical attention when they were hit in the face with glass from a windshield broken by a pumpkin while they were traveling on State Highway 29 in Mayfield.
