Police: Gloversville man had sex with 15-year-old girl

A Gloversville man is facing rape charges after police say he had sex with a minor.
According to police, 25-year-old Derek Wilsey had sex with a 15-year-old girl on four different dates in 2007 and 2008. The investigation began in August of 2008 when Gloversville Police received a hotline referral about the alleged incidents.
Gloversville Police and the Fulton County Department of Social Services conducted an investigation which led to Wilsey admitting to the crime.
