UPDATED 10:05 June 29th: Search crews have returned to the Hudson River between Hadley and Lake Luzerne to resume searching for a 20 year-old man they say drowned Sunday afternoon.

Rescue workers tell our crew on the scene the man was a member of the Navy and had been training at the Naval Nuclear Prototype Electrical Plant in West Milton

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says someone called at 4:33 Sunday afternoon saying a 20 year-old man was missing in the area of the Rockwell Bridge.

The sheriff's office says the swimmers went into the river on the Hadley side, north of the bridge, and swam to the other side. Investigators were told one man had trouble and drifted down river under the bridge, where he was last seen just south of the bridge.

Authorities did not release the man's name. A search was ended Sunday night when it got dark.
