Man struck by car in Schenectady

A 55-year-old man was hit by a pickup truck on Michigan Avenue and the I-890 overpass Friday evening while he was trying to cross the street.

Schenectady Police say the man was transported to Albany Medical Center, and his condition was unknown late Friday night.

Schenectady Police are still investigating the incident and say that further information will be released as it becomes available.
