Schenectady woman shot in arm during apparent dispute

SCHENECTADY -- Police are investigating a shooting Monday morning that appears to have stemmed from a dispute, they say.
A woman was shot in the arm with a small-caliber handgun at 88 Furman St. just after 10:30 a.m., according to Sgt. Eric Clifford.
She was taken to Ellis Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have a suspect in custody for questioning, said Sgt. Clifford.
