Frasier star brings gift to hometown of Saratoga Springs

SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Actor David Hyde Pierce visited the Bethesda Episcopal Church in Saratoga Springs Sunday morning, to donate a new pipe organ to his family's parish.

Pierce, and his siblings gave the gift in honor of his late mother and father.

Pierce said the church, which he and his family members have belonged to all of their lives, has been in need of a new organ for decades.

So, Pierce and his siblings thought this would be a perfect way to pay tribute to their mother and father, and the parish that's been such a big part of their lives.
