Halloween activities on tap for 'Monster Mash' benefit at Saratoga park
Comments 0 | Recommend 0SARATOGA SPRINGS -- The partners of an Adirondack camp that serves seriously ill children are hosting a "Monster Mash" event at the Hall of Springs this coming Columbus Day to benefit the camp.
The Halloween-themed family event will feature lunch and children's activities including a petting zoo, arts and crafts, fall-themed silent auction, Bounce House, hair station, cotton candy, make-your-own-sundae station, trick-or-treat trail, pumpkin painting, Tae Kwon Do demonstrations, Extra Inning Baseball stations, a DJ and more.
The event is sponsored by Champlain Wealth Management and Turner Construction, and is open to all ages. The cost is $45 per non-partner adult, $40 per partner adult member, $25 per non-partner child and $20 partner child member.
Proceeds benefit the Double H Ranch in Lake Luzerne, founded by the late actor Paul Newman and philanthropist Charles R. Wood, and is part of the Hole in the Wall Camp network of not-for-profit recreational and therapeutic experiences for children with life-threatening illness.
