Shots Fired During Argument; Roommates Arrested
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A verbal altercation between two roommates in Warrensburg has led to both of their arrests.
According to the Warren County Sheriff's Department, as the argument escalated Frank Doner, 18, grabbed a tire iron and used it to damage the windows of James Davis' vehicle.
Davis responded by firing two rounds from a 9mm pistol near Doner's feet. He was not injured.
Both men were arraigned in the Warrensburg Town Court.
Doner remains at the Warren County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
