A Warrensburg teen has been arrested, after police say he took a joy ride with a state-issued car. The Warren County Sheriff's Department says 16-year-old Logan Rock stole a Department of Environmental Conservation vehicle that was left in the parking lot of Fish Hatchery with the keys still inside it. The Sheriff's Department says Rock crashed the car into a steal BBQ grill, resulting in more than $2,000 worth of damage.

Rock was charged with grand larceny in the third degree and was arraigned in Warrensburg Town Court.
